»Prepare Senna Syrup as follows:

| Suitable essential oil(s) | |
| Sucrose | 635g |
| Purified Water,a sufficient quantity, to make |
1000mL |
Mix the oil(s)with the Senna Fluidextract,and gradually add 330mLof Purified Water.Allow the mixture to stand for 24hours in a cool place,with occasional agitation,then filter,and pass enough Purified Water through the filter to obtain 580mLof filtrate.Dissolve the Sucrose in this liquid,and add sufficient Purified Water to make the product measure 1000mL.Mix,and strain.

Preserve in tight containers,at a temperature not exceeding 25
