Dissolve about 400mg of Ascorbic Acid,accurately weighed,in a mixture of 100mLof water and 25mLof 2Nsulfuric acid.Add 3mLof starch TS,and titrate at once with 0.1Niodine VS.Each mLof 0.1Niodine is equivalent to 8.806mg of C6H8O6.
